From requirements to release: Flows, Apex, Experience Cloud, and the data architecture underneath. I sit between the business and the build, and I ship work people actually adopt.
A large social-services nonprofit needed to move off legacy NPSP onto Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, 72,000+ records across multiple programs, without breaking the workflows staff depend on. As lead developer and solution architect I ran it from requirements through to production: record types, an Experience Cloud portal for partner agencies, sharing architecture, flow-based rollups, and the data migration underneath.
Traced a recurring automation fault to a single architectural root cause and fixed it without weakening a compliance lock. Closed a permission leak with targeted SOQL. Built multi-agency data isolation so each partner sees only its own cases while internal staff see all.
72,000+ records live in production, with staff workflows intact.
In some rural communities one doctor serves five times more patients than the global standard. HealthConnector is a Salesforce app that connects those communities to care more efficiently, built on research showing every $1 invested in digital health returns up to $8 in savings.
Won 1st place at the Salesforce Admin Group Jos Hackathon 2025.

Faster response times and a measurable lift in conversion rates.
Years of duplicate and stale records had made reporting unreliable. I led a cleanup and deduplication initiative across the org: audit, matching rules, merge strategy, and guardrails so it stays clean.
Reporting the leadership team could finally trust.
Led a team of six Salesforce professionals through a full implementation: requirement gathering with the client, 11 process diagrams, web-to-lead with automation and validation rules, user management, and weekly status reporting.
From blank org to a working CRM the whole studio uses.
Requirements, stakeholder alignment, process maps with UPNs and ERDs, user stories in Jira. I find the real problem before anyone writes a line of configuration.
Flows, Apex, custom objects, integrations, security. Solutions designed to scale and documented so the next person isn't lost.
Agile ceremonies, distributed teams across time zones, risk management, and KPIs tracked against scope, budget, and timeline. Shipped is the only status that counts.
